TICKET SELLING GUIDELINES

Only 16 years old and above can purchase tickets.
-
Tickets are STRICTLY non-transferable and non-refundable.
-
PAYMENT is INVALID if it is made with the wrong forms, and also non-refundable.
-
Mixed bundles are NOT allowed, only bundles from the same category are permitted.
-
No PCF, No Ticket Policy for DLSU-D Students. PCF will be emailed to your DLSU-D email a day after you answer your form.
-
PWDs will have a separate form. ​Only ONE accompanying person (legal guardian, not a student) is allowed per PWD. The form will also include the accompanying person's payment details.

Only the stated QR Code is permitted for the receiver of the payment. Tickets received from scalpers shall not be tolerated and allowed.

Walk-in registration and selling will NOT be permitted after the duration of the ticket selling.

Please ensure to read the notes stated in the forms to avoid any issues. All reminders are clearly posted, so kindly read them to avoid any misunderstandings during the ticket selling process.
BUNDLE TICKET GUIDELINES

All individuals MUST answer the registration form separately.
-
Mixed bundles are NOT allowed, only bundles from the same category are permitted.

Each person in the bundle must fill out a form.
-
Use the same QRPH Invoice Number for all bundle members.
TICKET CLAIMING/DISTRIBUTION GUIDELINES
STRICTLY NO STAMP, NO ENTRY

Authorization letters are allowed, given that the following are provided:
-
Duly signed authorization letter from the buyer;
-
Printed Back and Front Valid IDs;
-
Three (3) wet signatures; and
-
Proof of payment
Valid IDs:
-
Any Government issued IDs; and
-
In the case of a student being unavailable to claim, a Student ID and/or Certificate of Registration is permitted.

Upon reading the terms and conditions, payment, and distribution of the ticket for FLAIR 2026, you agree that the College of Business Administration and Accountancy Student Government (CBAASG) will not be held liable in cases of, but not limited to:

Loss or damage of property within the event premises;

Lost or missing ticket upon completion of ticket distribution;
-
Tickets bought from unofficial ticket sellers or scalpers;
-
Mixed bundles;
-
Paid for the reason of buying ticket/s after the end of the official ticket selling duration, unless the CBAASG announces the extension of the ticket selling duration; and
-
Overpayment;
The FLAIR 2026 rules and regulations are subject to change depending on the situation and if action is required.
